Tony Jiang from Southside Volkswagen is the most helpful service manager I have encounter here in Perth. He goes above and beyond his way to help his customer. I have had this experience recently when he was able to help petition to Volkswagen Australia to help me fix my clutch problem. I have had it looked at by my original dealer where I bought my Volkswagen and they never attempt to investigate the issue properly and I am so glad Tony and his service team at Southside Volkswagen was able to help me locate the problem and resolve the issue.
